Bushwakker Gluten-Free Menu

The kitchen does make an effort to accommodate gluten-sensitive diets but cannot 100% guarantee that products will not have trace amounts of gluten.

STARTERS

Chicken Wings: (fried in gluten-free fryers) mild, medium, hot, suicide, salt and pepper and Greek style without the lemon pepper. $14.95.

Nachos: Crisp tortilla corn chips topped with tomato, green pepper, onion, jalapeño, black olive and cheese.

SALADS

Taco Salad: Artisan greens, black bean and corn, Monterey Jack cheese, tomato, jalapeño, avocado, salsa and sour cream. Served with your choice of seasoned chicken, beef tenderloin or spicy ground beef and topped with crispy tortilla strips. $14.95

House Salad: Artisan greens, carrot, cucumber, grape tomato, and onion with your choice of balsamic, Russian or lemon oregano dressing. $11.95

Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine lettuce tossed with our special dressing, topped with parmesan cheese. Dressing is gluten-free. No croutons. $11.95

Mediterranean Greek Salad: Roma tomato, cucumber, red onion, mixed peppers, Kalamata olives and artichoke in a lemon oregano dressing, with feta. $12.95.

Spinach Salad: Baby spinach, pomegranate, cherry tomato, pickled onion and pear tossed in apple cider vinaigrette with pecans and goat cheese. $12.95

Salad Add-Ons:  chicken or beef tenderloin skewers $5.00 or steelhead trout $6.00

Jambalaya: Cajun andouille sausage, chicken and shrimp sautéed with garlic and creole spices with tomatoes, onion, peppers and celery served on Cajun rice. $20.95.

6 oz. New York Steak Sandwich: a Canadian New York cut striploin charbroiled to your specs served with Caesar salad and fries. $18.95

PIZZAS: Gluten-Free Crust

Greek: Spinach, feta and chicken $ 17.95

Mediterranean Veggie: Spinach, mushroom, artichoke, sundried tomato and Kalamata olive with pesto sauce and feta cheese. $17.95

Canadian Hawaiian: Back bacon, pineapple bits, green pepper and mushroom. $17.95

Venetian: Spicy Italian sausage, mushroom, hot pepper, Roma tomato, fresh basil and roasted garlic. Topped with mozzarella & asiago cheese. $17.95

All the sandwiches and burgers below come with a side. Fries, house and Caesar salad without croutons are all gluten- free. Ask your server about the soup of the day.

Beef Dip: Shaved roast beef piled high, served with au jus. $15.95. Add mushrooms $2.00 Add Swiss $2.00.

Chicken Club: Seasoned chicken breast or thigh, bacon, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, red onion and roasted garlic aioli. $16.95

Greek Wrap: Seasoned chicken or strip-loin steak, tomato, green pepper, onion, cucumber, feta cheese, and creamy garlic dressing. $14.95

BURGERS: Gluten-free Buns

Veggie Burger: This house-made patty is both gluten-free and vegan and can be enjoyed by everyone. Made from a blend of black bean, sweet potato and brown rice and seasoned with smoked paprika and cumin. Topped with fresh jalapeño and curried cilantro mayo.  $19.95

Chicken Burger: A charbroiled chicken breast served with Cheddar & Bacon, Mushroom & Swiss or Black & Bleu. $17.95

RICE BOWLS

Butter Chicken Rice Bowl: Combines a rich onion and tomato curry with spice-marinated chicken, onions, cilantro and basmati rice. $ 14.95

Burrito Rice Bowl: Black bean, tomato, onion, pepper, jalapeño, Mexican rice and Monterey Jack cheese. $13.95.  Spicy ground beef or blackened chicken add $5.00.

DESSERTS

Bowl of vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce. $ 5.95

GLUTEN-FREE BEER AND VODKA:

Glutenberg Blonde Ale: Dry and citrusy, revealing a high level of refinement. An easy to drink beer that is in a class of it's own.

Glutenberg Red Ale: The use of roasted chestnuts endows this beer with toasted nuts and caramel hints and gives it a unique aromatic personality.

Glutenberg White Ale: Quinoa and amaranth create a noticeable grainy profile. Soft and refreshing, with hints of coriander and curaçao.

La Messagere aux Fruits Berry Beer: The newest offering from this brewery is made with rice and buckwheat and features raspberry, cherry and black current character.

Chase Potato Vodka: Premium English potato vodka. Made from full pedigree, gluten-free, King Edward and Lady Claire potatoes.
